Self-ID can be defined as the disclosure and resulting awareness of one’s identity and pertains to expressing your identity in specific terms. Self-ID allows an employee to disclose their identity information to their employer, including race/ethnicity, LGBTQ+ identity, veteran status or disability status etc. These
