This report presents findings from AICPA & CIMA's Singapore Finance Talent Study, comprising primary survey research more than 50 CIMA members and expert roundtables convened with over 20 participants during 2025-2026. Drawing on the experience of senior finance leaders across multinational corporations, professional services firms, financial institutions, and academia, the report examines the structural capability gaps facing Singapore’s finance profession and sets out a framework for action in an AI-enabled economy.
