In this session, Chris will identify numerous ways in which Diversity and Inclusion efforts can be altered to attract more allies, reduce active opposition, and better equip under-represented group members to thrive. Included among topics that Chris will cover are: recruitment and use of “allies”, ERG/Affinity Group management, Supreme Court ruling compliance, dealing with unsupportive top leaders, equipping URGMs to thrive, choosing the right metrics, and protecting DEI budgets during economic downturns. Participants will leave with specific tactics, actions and philosophies to consider.
