| 2:50 – 3:50 pm (1.0 CPE) | Leading the New Inclusion: Time for a DEI Reset In this session, Chris will identify numerous ways in which Diversity and Inclusion efforts can be altered to attract more allies, reduce active opposition, and better equip under-represented group members to thrive. Included among topics that Chris will cover are: recruitment and use of “allies”, ERG/Affinity Group management, Supreme Court ruling compliance, dealing with unsupportive top leaders, equipping URGMs to thrive, choosing the right metrics, and protecting DEI budgets during economic downturns. | 5:30 – 7:30 pm | Professionals and Students Networking Reception Meet, greet and build potential lifelong relationships with the students in attendance. It’s an opportunity for professionals to find a mentee and for students to build their network while practicing engaging with professionals. |

We will also discuss how universities are navigating the current AntiDEI climate and share our pipeline efforts aimed at increasing diversity in accounting education and the profession.
