This three-part communication series helps forensic accountants convey complex findings clearly and credibly across written, spoken, and visual formats.

Session 1: Write Like an Expert: Crafting Clear and Credible Written Reports

Begin with the foundation of effective forensic communication: strong written work. Learn how to structure expert reports and document findings in a way that is technically rigorous, legally defensible, and accessible to non-experts. Participants will learn various best practices to ensure that their written work withstands scrutiny and supports the broader case narrative.

Session 2: Speak with Impact: Verbal Strategies for Forensic Accountants

Building on the principles of clear written communication, participants will explore how to present complex financial findings with confidence and precision alongside investigative teams and clients, and even when testifying in court. With enhanced verbal clarity and added composure, strong written analysis transforms into compelling spoken communication.

Session 3: Show, Don’t Just Tell: Visual Tools to Strengthen Your Case
