AICPA & CIMA, together as the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, presented five companies with the 2024 Employer Award at the 2024 Awards Night ceremony in Warsaw, Poland, on 4 December 2024.
NatWest Group, BP, J.P. Morgan Poland Services, Coca-Cola HBC, and GSK have each been honoured with an award in the following categories:
NatWest Group: Best practice: Employer collaboration
BP: Best practice: Management accounting advocate
J.P. Morgan Poland Services: Best practice: Student support
Coca-Cola HBC: Best practice: Regional initiatives – skills development in finance
GSK: Best practice: World-class innovative learning solutions implementation (CGMA Finance Leadership Program)
The awards recognise companies that supported and contributed to AICPA & CIMA projects and events in Poland and the wider Central and Eastern Europe throughout 2024, supported CGMA candidates within their organisations or served as regional advocates for the accounting and finance profession to help shape its future.
