AICPA & CIMA Signs MoU with ATLAS SkillTech University to Widen Access to the CGMA Professional Qualification in Mumbai

2026-9-7 Mumbai, India — The American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) and The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), together as the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (the Association), have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ATLAS SkillTech University, Mumbai, to give students access to the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) Professional Qualification.

The partnership marks an important step towards supporting ATLAS SkillTech University students, helping them build the knowledge and skills needed for a successful career in finance and business. As organisations continue to look for professionals who can combine technical expertise with strategic thinking, the CGMA Professional Qualification is designed to equip students with the competencies required to succeed in an evolving global business landscape.

Under the agreement, the Association and ATLAS SkillTech University will work together to support students on their professional journey and to strengthen the connection between academia and the finance profession, building on the university's multidisciplinary approach to preparing graduates for Industry 4.0 careers.
