As a result of a decision of a hearing panel of the Joint Trial Board, Ms. Baldwin’s AICPA membership was terminated effective April 5, 2023. Ms. Baldwin was found guilty of violating AICPA bylaw 7.4.6 in that she failed to cooperate with the ECA in its investigation of her professional conduct by not responding to interrogatories and the request for documents.
