Under the automatic disciplinary provisions of the Institute’s bylaws, Mr. Crace’s AICPA membership was terminated effective August 28, 2025. This action was taken following a final judgment of conviction for a crime punishable by imprisonment for more than one year. Mr. Crace pleaded guilty to violating Title 26 U.S.C. §7206(2) – Aiding and Assisting in the Preparation of a Materially False Tax Return.
