Beijing, September 12, 2025 — The Digital Management Accounting (DMA®) credential has been officially included in the Beijing International Professional Qualification Directory (2025 Edition), marking a significant step in the city’s recognition of digital management accounting expertise.
The directory, jointly issued by the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Beijing Talent Work Bureau, aims to establish a framework for evaluating international professional qualifications, streamline talent policies, and support the development of high-level international professionals in Beijing.
Developed by The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in collaboration with the China International Talent Exchange Foundation (CITEF), DMA® Programme equips professionals with digital, data-driven management skills for enterprise strategy and value creation. Its inclusion aligns with China’s 2024 Ministry of Finance policy to strengthen digital and intelligent management accounting capabilities and cultivate innovative, cross-functional finance talent.
Inclusion in Beijing’s directory provides holders with streamlined access to employment, residence, professional title recognition, and social security benefits, supporting both talent development and enterprise digital transformation in the city.
This development strengthens Beijing’s position as a hub for international and high-level digital finance talent, providing both enterprises and professionals with practical support for advancing digital management accounting practices.
