McKenzie, Nathaniel of Hollywood, FL

Under the automatic disciplinary provisions of the AICPA Bylaws, Mr. McKenzie’s AICPA membership was terminated effective June 22, 2026. The termination was based on disciplinary action taken by the Florida Board of Accountancy, which revoked his CPA license. The Board’s Order states that the revocation was based on violations of Section 473.323(1)(k), Florida Statutes, for committing a fraudulent act while licensed to practice public accounting in Florida, and Section 473.323(1)(d), Florida Statutes, following adjudication of guilt on one count of Mail Fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341.
