New generation of Zambian accounting and finance professionals receive their Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA®) designation

On 27 March 2024, AICPA & CIMA, together as the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, awarded 43 accounting and finance professionals in Zambia with their CGMA certificates, and their Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation at their awards and member recognition ceremony in Lusaka.

Tariro Mutizwa, ACMA, CGMA, Vice President – Africa at AICPA & CIMA, together as the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, said:

“I am thrilled to welcome a new generation of Zambian accounting and finance professionals to our esteemed profession. They have shown remarkable resilience and determination to achieve their goals and lay the foundation for a successful career. The skills and expertise they have acquired will empower them to become architects of the future, helping their organisations to excel and lead in a competitive business environment. I wish them ongoing success, growth, and fulfilment throughout their careers.”
