Under the automatic disciplinary provisions of the Institute’s bylaws, Mr. Northcutt’s AICPA membership was suspended for one year, retroactive to January 17, 2025, the date of the state board’s disciplinary action. This action is based on the disciplinary action taken by the Kansas State Board of Accountancy. Details regarding the Board’s action are available on the state board’s website.
