Porche III, John E. of Corpus Christi, TX

In lieu of a hearing before a Hearing Panel of the Joint Trial Board, Mr. Porche entered a plea of guilty to violating AICPA Bylaw Section 7.4.6 by failing to cooperate with the ethics charging authority in its investigation of his professional conduct. Specifically, Mr. Porche failed to respond to interrogatories issued in connection with the investigation. As a result of this violation, Mr. Porche's AICPA membership was terminated effective June 10, 2026.
