Under the automatic disciplinary provisions of the Institute’s bylaws, Mr. Snyder’s AICPA membership was terminated effective August 6, 2026. This action was taken following a final judgment of conviction for a crime punishable by imprisonment for more than one year. Mr. Snyder pleaded guilty to Child Seduction, a Level 5 felony.
