Under the automatic disciplinary provisions of the Institute’s bylaws, Mr. Wann’s AICPA membership was terminated effective June 1, 2026. This action was taken following a final judgment of conviction for a crime punishable by imprisonment for more than one year. Mr. Wann pled guilty to violating N.J.S.A. 2C:5-1A(1), Criminal Attempt–Purposely Engages in Conduct and N.J.S.A. 2C:24-4A(1), Endangering-Sexual Conduct with Child.
