CPA Trust campaign aims to increase awareness, drive demand for CPA services

Jun 09, 2026 · 1 min read · AICPA & CIMA Insights Blog

Today marks the launch of a major new initiative for the profession: the CPA Trust campaign - a national effort to raise awareness of the value CPAs deliver every day.

At a time when trust matters more than ever, the campaign highlights what sets CPAs apart: a combination of deep expertise, high standards, and a foundation of trust built into licensing, ethics, and oversight. This campaign is designed to close an awareness gap — sharpening public understanding and increasing demand for CPA services among business leaders, organizations, and individuals.

Built for — and powered by — the profession

Developed by AICPA in collaboration with state CPA societies, CPA Trust reflects input from across the profession and responds to growing demand for a unified, visible brand.

The campaign will roll out nationally through:

  • A flagship commercial airing on major business and news programming

  • Digital and social media storytelling featuring real CPA impact

  • A dedicated website, TrustedCPA.org, to showcase the profession’s value and reach

Together, these efforts aim to reinforce a simple but powerful message: CPAs are trusted partners for what matters most.

Your role in telling the story

This campaign is not just about visibility — it’s about participation. It’s an opportunity for every CPA to help shape how the profession is understood and valued.

By sharing the campaign and its message via social media, you help highlight the essential role CPAs play in guiding decisions, solving problems, and creating opportunity across every sector.

The campaign’s national commercial sets the stage — showing how CPAs help people and businesses move forward with confidence.

Watch the commercial now and share it with your network and stay tuned for more as the initiative continues in 2026.
