Connect, collaborate, build
Newly redesigned in 2026, the Accounting Inclusion & Impact Symposium (AIIS) brings together professionals from across the accounting and finance profession to discuss strategies and best practices for maintaining a strong pipeline of individuals from varied backgrounds who are encouraged and supported from entry into the profession through to leadership levels. Steered by the National Commission on Diversity and Inclusion, this Symposium also provides CPE-eligible education from expert leaders who will share guidance around cultivating inclusive environments where different experiences and perspectives are valued and where mentoring for thriving careers and personal aspirations is encouraged.
AIIS runs concurrent with our annual Accounting Scholars Leadership Workshop (ASLW) — where more than 100 bright and talented accounting students will be in attendance —and provides a valuable opportunity to meet, mentor and inspire the next generation of accounting and finance professionals while sharing fist-hand experiences of the infinite possibilities for joining this amazing profession.
