Hundreds of scholarships are given each year.
AICPA scholarships can support your accounting education
The AICPA has supported accounting students for more than 130 years. One of the ways we do this is through our scholarship program, which offers educational funding for accounting college students aspiring CPA licensure and for CPAs pursuing their Ph.D. The AICPA Foundation awards more than $1 million in scholarships, grants and fellowships to hundreds of students each year, with recipients receiving on average $5,000 towards their education.
College students: If you’re currently enrolled in an accounting program, check out the National Scholarship Search page for more information on the scholarships below, as well as additional opportunities offered by state CPA societies, National Association of Black Accountants (NABA) chapters and other not-for-profits. We also encourage you to contact your state CPA societies and school financial aid offices for other potential sources of financial assistance.
High school students: If you’re a senior planning to pursue accounting in college, you can find other scholarship opportunities at StartHereGoPlaces.com. The site also provides a wealth of information and resources to help you launch your accounting education; including our interactive accounting game Bank On It®.
