In general, careful use of the IRS Form 990 Instructions and Form 990 Glossary and discussions with knowledgeable tax professionals regarding specific facts and circumstances will help to ensure that tax-exempt organizations file complete and accurate informational returns, including all required parts and schedules. As is true with any Form 990 series return, do not include any unnecessary personal identifying information. Remember that tax-exempt organizations are required to electronically file all returns in the Form 990 series for tax years
