The AICPA's comment letter requests Treasury and IRS provide guidance regarding what it means to be "available" when determining whether an individual is authorized to elect to open a Trump account, and recommends that the default responsible party for Trump accounts should be the legal guardian (or financial guardian, if different) of the child.
