What does the program entail?

This structured program combines paid on-the-job training, mentorship at the employer’s site and virtual instruction through the Chartered Global Management Accountant® Finance Leadership Program (CGMA® FLP).

The CGMA® FLP is a guided, digital learning and assessment route crafted to accelerate the development of finance business partners. It builds finance competency across a broad set of technical, business, digital, people and leadership skills.

Apprentices will carve out study time each week and take case study exams with the goal of earning the CGMA designation.

Studies are combined with a tailored on-the-job training program so apprentices can put the competencies they’re learning to use in real-time under the guidance of a mentor.

What is the pricing for the program?

The Registered Apprenticeship Program for Finance Business Partners takes up to three years to complete. This time frame depends on previous academic qualifications and competencies the apprentice may have already acquired.

Employers cover the costs of the Chartered Global Management Accountant® Finance Leadership Program (CGMA® FLP) and virtual classes for each apprentice, which are as follows:

  • Pricing for one-year subscription: $2,995 per employee

  • Pricing for two-year subscription: $4,250 per employee

  • Pricing for three-year subscription: $6,375 per employee

Organizations are invited to inquire about the eligibility requirements for grants and tax credits.
