Harold Deiters is a senior managing director and managing partner of the Long Island office of Empire Valuation Consultants. Mr. Deiters is a trained professional in preparing damages calculations and business valuations, as well as in performing forensic accounting. His experience covers numerous areas, including economic damages, matrimonial and estate tax valuations, gift planning, shareholder disputes, and buy/sell agreements. Mr. Deiters also has extensive experience in tax return preparation, accounting, and auditing for both public and privately held companies, including those in manufacturing, wholesale, and retail distribution, as well as for professional service organizations and not-for-profit organizations. Additionally, Mr. Deiters has over 8 years of accounting experience in the private sector.
