Jean Pousson
Originally from Mauritius, Jean Pousson is an experienced company director and management consultant. He has worked in 34 countries on various aspects of finance, strategy, and corporate governance. His client list covers plc’s, mid-sized businesses, Charities, and Public Sector entities. In a typical year Jean will interface with about 600 delegates and about 8 to 10 Boards of directors. Awarded the Lecturer of the Year in 2019 for UK Finance, he has been described as a business raconteur and an anecdotal jukebox, as he illustrates all his points with real-life examples.

Sunil Kansal
Sunil Kansal heads the Consulting and Valuation division at Shasat Consulting and has been leading several IFRS, US GAAP, Regulatory Compliance, Financial Structuring, Risk Management, Valuation, and technical advisory projects. Sunil is a well-known international speaker. He has over 23 years of industry experience working with ING Group, Nomura, and Bank of America as well as with all the big four accounting firms in several jurisdictions. Sunil has authored many technical articles and books touching on the most pressing, accounting, risk management, compliance, and industry issues. He is a regular speaker through various forums. Mr Kansal is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW), the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India (ICMAI).
Clare Haynes
A professional speaker, coach, and facilitator for nearly two decades, Clare Haynes specialises in tackling tricky conversations and putting the human into being at work. Working on organisation restructuring, Clare has worked broadly in team development and in helping directors and CEOs achieve success. She holds a degree in psychology and qualifications in marketing, performance, neuro-linguistic programming, coaching, and Advanced Treatment of Trauma and Complex PTSD. Her career spans television, sport, charity, and the social sectors. Clare has worked with finance teams and organisations such as CIMA for more than 15 years.

Andrew Pain
Andrew is a TEDx and approved VISTAGE speaker and ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited leadership coach, serving business leaders and on a mission to prevent burnout and develop decisive people. Through 2021-2022, he has been serving diverse clients including; Lloyds, Amazon, Federation of Small Businesses, Institute of Directors, Aston University, Birmingham City University, Essex County Council, CAFCASS, tackling painful leadership headaches, like:
- How do you deliver on your aspirations and responsibilities without burning out?
- How do you develop resilient and resourceful teams who can withstand adversity and step up when you need them to?
- How do you inspire yourself and those around you, when the goalposts keep moving and the future is so uncertain?
Andrew is also busy in the charity sector and is a trustee of a charity which serves families in crisis where children are the perpetrators of domestic abuse, and works closely with a poverty/homeless prevention charity in the midlands.
