Kate has had a long career spanning over 40 years in the fields of learning and development, regulatory compliance, and information governance, designing and delivering successful digital skills and data privacy programmes.
She has extensive experience in the financial services, marine, legal and property sectors in addition to schools and colleges, NHS Trusts and local authorities.
Currently, she works with a range of organisations including SME's (small to medium size businesses), multinationals and not-for-profit organisations which support public sector (NHS and local authorities), providing project support and consultancy services including; information governance, legal compliance, and Data Protection Officer services.
As a TAPS certified L&D Consultant she also designs and delivers learning and development programmes across a wide range of topics including digital skills, information security/governance/risk management, leadership, management, and wellbeing topics. She also sits on the Committee of the Northern Information Governance Forum.
