James Pakenham CGMA, GAICD, CIMA – Head of Group Financial Planning & Analysis, Phocas Software
James has extensive experience in corporate commercial finance, where he’s applied and refined his expertise in financial modelling, change and risk management.
With a background in the telecommunications sector, working for both Vodafone and Optus in the UK and Australia, James is a finance professional who is well versed in the operational side of a business.
Currently, he leads FP&A at Phocas, a global role where he managed the company’s ERP transition and improved multiple financial systems and processes. He also directs budgeting and forecasting, cost control while leading a small team that oversees three divisions and head office operations.
Harry Eldridge - Technical Pre-Sales Manager and Subject Matter Expert, Phocas Software
Harry has always been always curious about the intersection of finance and IT, completing a double degree in both fields. He began his career at Phocas software, specializing in BI and FP&A software to enhance the work of the finance department.
Starting in implementations, Harry connected closely with customers’ data needs which helped develop his communication skills and deepen his understanding of how Phocas software supports different business applications. He now leads the global Technical Pre-Sales and Enablement team from the UK.
As a regular online trainer and technical adviser, Harry has a deft touch at demonstrating Phocas platform’s practical benefits, ensuring that new clients understand how the product can empower their decision-making and drive success.
