Jakub Bejnarowicz, Regional Director, Europe, AICPA & CIMA

Jakub Bejnarowicz is the Regional Director, Europe for AICPA and CIMA, responsible for developing and implementing growth strategy, as well as leading educational initiatives. Jakub supports employers in designing and executing recruitment and training strategies for Management Accounting professionals, while driving programs for the education and professional development of CGMA (Chartered Global Management Accountant) designation holders, Finance specialists, and business leaders. Jakub completed the ESG and Sustainable Financial Strategy program, developed by Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford in collaboration with AICPA & CIMA, and is a member of the Oxford Saïd Alumni Community.

Beata Szymczak-Guzikowska, Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at TE Connectivity

Beata Szymczak-Guzikowska is the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at TE Connectivity, where she’s been since 2016. She has worked in a number of different Finance roles within companies across Switzerland and the UK, with exposure to Accounting, VAT, and Treasury. Beata mostly works on the business side, supporting performance management. She is also the Swiss WIN Supercharge Networks Bet Lead, and organized a cross-company event in 2014 to introduce TE and the WIN ERG to a local network of female makers.

Thomas Haney, Divisional CFO, Ypsomed Diabetes

Thomas Haeny is the Global Head of Finance at Ypsomed Diabetescare, where he is leading the carve-out and build-up of the new standalone company. With two decades of international experience across healthcare with Novavax, Mundipharma, Ferring, and Roche, he has driven turnarounds, transformations, and unlocked growth in dynamic environments. Thomas sees Finance as a catalyst for value creation - creating transparency, steering choices, and empowering teams that thrive on trust to turn insights into lasting impact.

Erin McClure, EVP of Enterprise Performance Management, EF Education First

Erin McClure is the EVP of Enterprise Performance Management at EF Education First, where she’s been for over 12 years. Prior to her current position, Erin was the CFO, EF Academy. Erin started her career in Engineering at Intel, before moving into consultancy and operations positions. Her career has been truly international, taking her from the USA, to China, to Switzerland.
