Nicola Hopes career as a Director and consultant spans 25 years. She has worked with organisations in a wide range of sectors across Europe and Asia.
Nicola's ability to get to the heart of the challenge is her secret sauce to get clients clear on what they’re aiming for and how to get there.
She calls on both research and personal experience to deliver practical steps, tools and techniques to help her clients navigate our world of continual change. For example, Nicola helped an exec team become laser-focused on their change priorities and she worked with an MD to create a new change capability from scratch plus helped a leadership team increase their change delivery.
