We would like to invite you to this year's last edition of our popular series Money Talks, which will take place in Kraków. During this event we will present findings of the latest AICPA & CIMA report: Finance and the Great Reshuffle, released in cooperation with PwC*.

Key conclusions of the report reveal a new era of employer adaptation. Workers turnover, wage pressure, and perception of easiness to change jobs are very high and currently, it is employee autonomy that drives the profession.

Following the initial shock of the global pandemic in 2020, new data collected through hundreds of interviews with finance leaders and employees revealed that the finance profession is moving away from the office.

A new way of working has changed much of the accounting and finance profession, with lifestyle benefits and wellness programs key to retaining (and recruiting) the brightest talents.

Adapting to the times and keeping employees satisfied is crucial to an organization's post-pandemic finance evolution.
