We will discuss key emerging themes identified in The Future of Finance 2.0 research. Join our upcoming event to learn about the latest developments in finance and the necessary skills for finance professionals in the future.
The Future of Finance 2.0 report looks at how finance has been affected by recent global changes that have been accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic and discusses the skills needed to progress and improve the accounting profession. Through interviews and roundtables, researchers identified several key emerging themes, including:

My career has enjoyed a mulit-sector pathway, working in broadcast and media industries, higher and further education, parliamentary and public affairs, the built environment and commercial development sectors, and finance and accounting. In these settings I’ve predominantly led ‘Research and Development’ (R&D) in organisations to inform business growth and innovation strategies.
In my current role, I lead the Association’s global management accounting research and development department ensuring that we have the best and most robust, rigorous, and relevant research outputs for our members, our reputation, and our strategic priorities.
