Brian Montgomery, Sr Director, Finance, Workday
Brian is responsible for the accounting and controllership functions for Workday in EMEA, APJ and Canada. Brian joined Workday in 2008 as part of the Cape Clear acquisition. In the intervening period Workday has grown from a small start up to a large, publicly quoted multinational company. Prior to working in technology, he worked in various finance roles in the food industry. Brian holds a BA in Economics and Politics and an MBA from University College Dublin. He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Andrii Loshchykhin, Finance Director, Collaborative Solutions
Andrii is a qualified management accountant with 13 years of financial management consulting experience in Media, Technology, Financial Services, Oil & Gas and Telecommunications industries. He has designed and implemented Finance target operating models, delivered complex Finance transformation programmes, helped customers with Finance process optimisation across all functional areas and worked on major regulatory change programmes. Andrii has been a Financial Consultant in the Workday ecosystem for over 8 years working on end-to-end Workday deployments specialising in the areas of Finance Data Model design, Financial Accounting, Spend Management, Revenue Management, Data and Reporting. Andrii currently leads the Workday Financials practice at Collaborative Solutions in the EMEA region. Leveraging business data to obtain insights into business performance to enable effective decision making is the area of Andrii's professional interest.
