David Pinto-Duschinsky MP, United Kingdom’s Trade Envoy to Switzerland and Liechtenstein
David Pinto-Duschinsky is the Member of Parliament for Hendon and HM Government’s Trade Envoy to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Prior to his election, David worked in Financial and Professional Services as well as in Government. Before becoming an MP in July 2024, David was as a partner and practice leader at EY Parthenon. He previously worked as a Managing Director at Standard Chartered Bank and held a number of roles in government including as a member of the Council of Economic Advisers and adviser to the Chancellor of the Exchequer at HM Treasury, special adviser to the Home Secretary and in the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit. He began his professional services career at McKinsey. David holds degrees from Oxford University and from Harvard, where he was a Fulbright Scholar.

Peter Spence FCMA, CGMA, Associate Technical Director, AICPA & CIMA
Peter is Associate Technical Director- Management Accounting on the research team at the Association of Certified Professional Accountants (Association). His main interests are performance management, cost-competitiveness, and strategy execution. In particular, how an organisation’s culture, its people and management information can drive decision-making and business success. Peter has worked with a range of organisations in both the public and private sector in financial leadership and consultancy roles and more recently in CIMA on projects to improve the valuation and measurement of organisational performance.

Anthony Caffon, Partner, Page Executive
Anthony is a highly respected recruitment professional, with 18 years of experience in the Finance sector. He has a strong reputation due to his high-quality services in the competitive Swiss market. Akis is a seasoned business executive with over two decades of international leadership experience across Europe. With a proven track record in driving growth, business transformation, and profitability improvements currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Coca Cola HBC Switzerland. Throughout his career at Coca Cola HBC, he has held key roles in Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, and Greece — including CFO, Sales Director, and Country Financial Controller — delivering market turnarounds, leading sustainability initiatives, and spearheading major investments and digital transformations.

John Willis, Senior Director, Corporate Performance & Accountability, WBCSD
John Willis is Senior Director at the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD), where he leads the Aligning Finance & Value workstream within the Corporate Performance & Accountability (CP&A) programme. Based in London, John works at the intersection of sustainability, finance, and corporate strategy—helping global companies align performance and sustainability. Prior to joining WBCSD, John held senior roles in both civil society and financial services. He served as Director of Research at the Tracker Group (Carbon Tracker & Planet Tracker), where he led analytical work on natural capital and financial risk. Previously he co-founded and was a portfolio manager at a sustainable investment management company.

Malgorzata Stelmach- Hansson, Managing Director and Head of Tax, EMEA & APAC, Cloud Software Group – Citrix
Malgorzata is a seasoned leader with 20 years of experience in the tech industry, having built her career across nearly all areas of finance. She is passionate about creating high-impact teams and processes and is deeply committed to developing people to reach their full potential.
