Greg Regan
Greg has served in multiple leadership roles with the AICPA, including as the former Chair of the AICPA FVS Conference. Greg has testified over 100x in federal and state courts principally related to economic damage matters. Greg was also the Chair of CalCPA's Forensic Services Section and has been an author of several AICPA practice aids on economic damages.
Andrew Folsom
CPA, ABV, CFF
Andrew Folsom is a Senior Director in CBIZ’s Forensic Consulting Group, where he specializes in forensic accounting and economic analysis. He is a licensed CPA and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) through the AICPA. Andrew’s practice spans a wide range of matters, including family law, civil litigation, insurance claims, fraud investigations, business valuations, shareholder disputes, and trust accountings. Known for his ability to bring clarity to high-stakes financial issues, Andrew frequently serves as an expert witness and is recognized for applying technology-driven approaches to solve complex problems efficiently and effectively.
Tim Gillihan
Mr. Gillihan is a forensic accounting and economics expert witness with over nineteen years of experience. He specializes in measuring economic damages and has evaluated losses across many industries and businesses including real estate, agriculture, sports venues, cannabis, construction, and vineyards/wineries. In addition to commercial damages, Mr. Gillihan also provides analysis for personal injury claims and trust/estate disputes.
