Janice P. Stucke, CPA, is a finance and digital transformation leader who designs robust systems and processes that enable organizations to scale. She integrates accounting, finance, HR, IT, and cross-functional operations into a cohesive strategy—reducing friction, improving accountability, and expanding organizational capacity. Janice is known for translating complexity into execution, moving organizations from manual workflows to automated, data-driven operations that accelerate performance and improve decision-making. Janice reframes the finance and operations functions as strategic levers—aligning capital allocation, workforce planning, and systems transformation to deliver long-term enterprise value. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for CREW Network, a global association advancing women in commercial real estate across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the UK, where she leads multi-entity financial strategy, digital transformation, and governance modernization for U.S. and international structures. Previously, she served as Chief Financial Officer for Achieving the Dream, where she restructured finance operations, implementing a fully automated accounting and finance infrastructure to introduce real-time KPI analytics, and enhanced organizational risk management strategies. Her governance leadership includes serving as Board Member of the Maryland Association for CPAs (MACPA), Advisory Board Co-Chair for the CFO Leadership Council (Baltimore), as a Board Member for the Montgomery Coalition for Adult English Literacy (MCAEL), and as a committee member with the AICPA and MACPA. A frequent speaker and instructor, she has been featured in Forbes and delivers national AICPA programs on business transformation. Janice is an AICPA & CIMA 2025 Women to Watch Experienced Leader Honoree. Janice holds a Master of International Affairs & Public Policy from the University of California, San Diego, and a B.A. in International Affairs & Economics (Magna Cum Laude) from The George Washington University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (Maryland). When not leading in finance and accounting, Janice is an accomplished triathlete and Ironman 140.6 mile finisher.
