Matt Greenblatt
Matt Greenblatt is a Senior Managing Director in the Forensic & Litigation Consulting practice of FTI Consulting. He is a CPA and Certified Fraud Examiner. Matt has extensive experience on bankruptcy matters, as well as forensic investigations in connection with cases involving diversions of funds and fraudulent accounting activity by management. Matt frequently speaks on panels in the area of forensic accounting and investigations. Matt is a member of the AICPA, the NYSSCPA, and the ACFE.
Marshall Eisler
Marshall Eisler is a member of FTI’s Creditor Rights practice with over 10 years of restructuring experience, specializing in financial advisory services to creditors. He has extensive expertise in negotiating reorganization plans, pursuing avoidance actions, and evaluating complex financial analyses. Mr. Eisler has worked across industries including media, oil & gas, renewable energy, and retail, representing unsecured creditor committees (UCC) in high-profile cases such as Voyager Digital, Brazos Electric, iHeartMedia, and Sears. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, he worked at a maritime-focused boutique investment bank. Mr. Eisler holds a B.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Gabe Sasson
Gabriel Sasson is a partner in the Financial Restructuring group at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Gabe concentrates his practice on bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court restructuring transactions. Gabe has extensive experience representing ad hoc groups of bondholders, secured lenders and other creditors, DIP lenders, official committees of unsecured creditors, indenture trustees, equity holders and debtors in connection with in-court and out-of-court restructurings. In addition, Gabe has experience in the representation of large insurance companies, as creditors, in chapter 11 and chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings.
