Devin Hall
Devin has developed expertise in the areas of research and development credits, cost segregation reviews and repairs and maintenance reviews. He has focused his career on capitalization issues and over the past several years he has gained extensive experience with the IRS in this area. Devin has over 23 years of experience performing tax services for a variety of multinational clients, including companies in the oil and gas, telecommunications, utility, chemicals, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail and financial services industries.
Christian Wood
Christian leads RSM’s Washington National Tax practice for accounting credits, incentives and methods. He specializes in helping clients navigate complex tax environments to execute informed business decisions while championing cross-communication and collaboration to achieve the best possible outcomes. With more than 20 years of experience and an extensive background in law and economics, Christian provides clients with the technical resources, thought leadership and risk assessment tools they need to deal with complex tax accounting situations. In addition to maintaining his active leadership role in the Washington National Tax practice, he serves as a liaison for the consumer products and real estate sectors at RSM. Christian is recognized nationally as a thought leader in tax practices, authoring white papers, case studies and research articles for leading industry journals. He is an adjunct professor at Georgetown Law and an active participant in the RSM employee network groups STAR, Pride, and African American and Canadian Excellence.
