Anat Kendal
CPA
As Chief Financial and Business Operations Officer (CFBO), Anat Kendal is responsible for finance, risk management, data, and overall business operational strategy to ensure PanCAN’s success and to drive organizational long-term value. Kendal acts as the liaison with the CEO and the Board of Directors on all financial and business operations matters and serves as the staff liaison to the Audit and Investment and Risk Committees. Kendal joined PanCAN from the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) in New York City, where she held the position of Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration. In her role at ADL, she handled finance, in addition to real estate, technology and administration. Before her work at the ADL, she spent 10 years at the American Heart Association where she served as Senior Vice President of Business Operations and CFO for the Northeast region. Prior to that, her professional experiences include positions at Merrill Lynch, the nonprofit American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Kendal serves as a member of the Financial Accounting Standards Board’s Not-for-Profit Advisory Committee (NAC) and the Finance Committee of the Children’s Specialized Hospital Foundation of NJ. She is a member of the Project Management Institute of NJ Community Outreach Committee. She holds a BA in Accounting and French from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, and a MA in Taxation from Seton Hall University. She is a licensed CPA and holds Project Management and Certified Financial Planning certifications.
Alyssa Cerretti
CPA, CGMA
Alyssa Cerretti, CPA, CGMA, is the Senior Manager of Accounting & Reporting at World Vision, a global Christian humanitarian organization headquartered near Seattle, Washington. She brings over 17 years of not-for-profit accounting experience and oversees accounting for U.S. government and other public grants, gifts-in-kind valuation, and intercompany funding across World Vision’s international partnership. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Alyssa leads continuous improvement, digital transformation, and global compliance training. Prior to joining World Vision, Alyssa worked in public accounting specializing in nonprofit taxation, financial statement audits, and Single Audits. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northwest University. Alyssa also serves as the Board Treasurer for Home of Hope Ministries and serves on the AICPA Not-for-Profit Conference Planning Committee, where she presents regularly and contributes to national program development.
Amy West
CPA, CGMA
Amy West is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AHRC New York City (“AHRC NYC”). AHRC NYC is an organization that provides critical services to people who are neurodiverse. Amy has direct responsibility for AHRC NYC's operating budget of over $350 million and manages a staff of ninety. Prior to joining AHRC NYC, Amy served for eight years as the Director of Finance of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation. She also held the position of Vice President of Finance and Budget at the United States Fund for UNICEF and worked as an auditor for Ernst & Young LLP specializing in the healthcare and not-for-profit industries. Amy began her career as the Coordinator of Fiscal Operations for the New York Public Library. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Hunter College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Amy is the Chair of the AICPA Not-For-Profit Industry Conference.
