Marnie Feffer is a seasoned CPA and Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) with extensive accounting and auditing experience at EY and Citi, where she led initiatives integrating technology, analytics, and financial strategy. As an active AICPA contributor, Marnie champions the advancement of the CITP credential and its role in empowering CPAs to deliver tech driven advisory services. Her work bridges the worlds of finance and innovation, helping professionals harness data insights to drive smarter business decisions. Marnie’s commitment to elevating the accounting profession reflects her passion for shaping a future where technology and trusted expertise converge.
Paul M. Perry
CPA, CITP, CISM
Paul Perry joined Warren Averett in 2004 and serves as practice leader of the firm’s Risk Advisory & Assurance Services Group. Paul and his team focus on cybersecurity, ESG/sustainability, information technology-related projects, risk assessments, internal controls, internal audit and control-related projects, including SOC engagements. Paul also leads the firm’s Data Analysis Group—a team that provides data analysis solutions to both internal and external clients. Previously, Paul spent over 11 years as a financial statement auditor across various industries. Paul holds the Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) certification, awarded to CPAs who possess both technology and business expertise. He is a thought leader, published columnist and performs 20+ presentations a year on technology and control-related topics to a wide variety of groups across the U.S. and Canada.
Howard Fulks, CPA, CITP
Howard is the Director of Analytics and Data Scientist at The R.D. Offutt Company, as well as a CPA and CITP certificate holder. Howard spent time as a cost accountant for a manufacturing company, then gravitated to technical analysis, scorecard and database development within Great Plains Software, acquired by Microsoft. Ultimately a data platform architect in IT. Howard completed an MBA in Business Intelligence, and holds a certification in Data Science from Microsoft.
Raymond Cheng
CPA, CITP, CISSP, CISA, CCSK, CIPP/E
Raymond Cheng is the CEO and Managing Partner of Decrypt Compliance, a Silicon Valley-based CPA firm he founded in 2023. Raymond and his team specialize in technology-related internal controls audits (cybersecurity, privacy, AI) for high-growth companies, primarily of SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other industry-leading frameworks. With over a decade of experience in the technology sector, Raymond has conducted 50+ cybersecurity audits at EY and implemented technology risk & compliance programs at Fortune 500 companies including Salesforce and Tencent. He is a thought leader and frequent speaker on topics such as cybersecurity audits, multi-framework compliance, and the intersection of accounting and technology. Raymond serves as a CITP Champion for California and is also a board member of the San Francisco Bay Area Rotary Club, where he applies his professional skills to promote global humanitarian efforts.
