Jina Etienne
CPA, CGMA
Jina is a consultant and speaker on diversity, inclusion & culture, as well as small firm operations, practice management and tax ethics. She has created, developed and delivered a variety of webinars, conference sessions and keynotes, as well as facilitated meetings, retreats and workshops – all designed to be practical, apply immediately to real-world situations and maximize participant engagement and learning. Most recently Jina was Director – Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) for Grant Thornton LLC, a national CPA firm. She managed the firm’s D&I team, responsible for developing & implementing GT’s national D&I strategy. In her role, she partners with firm leaders and collaborates across business lines to create, promote and implement D&I initiatives and programs. Other previous roles include Principal Consultant at EtiennePartners (EP) and President & CEO of the National Association of Black Accountants, Inc.(NABA). EP was a boutique consulting firm that offered a unique mix of strategy development, workshops & coaching to leaders, executives and entrepreneurs to help them devise, implement and execute effective strategies to drive effective, long-lasting change. NABA is a nonprofit membership association dedicated to bridging the opportunity gap for black professionals in the accounting, finance and related business professions. As CEO, she worked with partner organizations and corporate sponsors to support their D&I initiatives and recruiting strategies. She served as NABA’s representative on the National Commission on Diversity & Inclusion, which works to improve recruitment, certification and advancement of ethnic minorities in the accounting profession.

Jennifer Elder, CPA, CMA, CIA, CFF, CGMA is a keynote speaker, trainer, and business coach dedicated to business transformation. Ms. Elder received her BA from the University of Massachusetts and an MS in Organizational Management from Antioch University New England. She lives on her boat near Annapolis, Maryland.
