Aaron Filene
Aaron is an audit senior manager at CohnReznick and serves in the Firm's Not-for-Profit and Healthcare Industry Practices. He has more than 10 years of diversified public accounting experience with an extensive background in providing audit and accounting services to not-for-profit clients, including foundations, affordable housing, healthcare, professional associations, educational institutions, and social service agencies. Aaron's history in public accounting also includes a range of diversified industry experience. Aaron's expertise includes working with not-for-profit entities subject to OMB Uniform Guidance Single Audits, CDE and HUD audit requirements. Aaron is actively involved in providing internal trainings.
Allison Guttenplan
Allison is a senior manager at CohnReznick in the Advisory practice. She specializes in providing services related to outsourced and co-sourced internal audit, enterprise risk management, and internal control assessment. Allison has been with CohnReznick since 2016 and was previously in external audit with KPMG. Allison provides risk advisory services exclusively to the not-for-profit industry, with a specialization in higher education institutions. She partners with industry associations, attends industry events, and has spoken on several webinars and presentations regarding internal controls in not-for-profits.
