Richard Locastro
CPA, JD
Mr. Locastro is a seasoned public accounting professional with nearly four decades of experience, including six years at Big Four tax offices. He specializes in serving nonprofit organizations such as foundations, colleges, universities, healthcare entities, and museums. His expertise spans unrelated business income tax, private foundation excise taxes, Form 990/990-T preparation, IRS dispute resolution, and international tax compliance. Mr. Locastro leads a team providing consulting and tax compliance services to over 900 nonprofits and frequently presents at national conferences. He has held leadership roles in the AICPA Tax Division Technical Resource Panel for Exempt Organizations, the TEGE Exempt Organizations Council, and the AICPA Not-for-Profit Industry Conference Committee. A champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion, he helped launch GRF’s DEI initiative. Mr. Locastro also serves on the Le Moyne College Board of Trustees as Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina and a B.S. in Accounting from Le Moyne College, and is a CPA in Maryland and New York.
William Donahue
CPA
William Donahue, CPA, is a partner in Aprio LLP’s nonprofit assurance practice, and an avid stakeholder and participant in the nonprofit community. He proudly works with a variety of nonprofit organizations, including public foundations, membership organizations, health and human services organizations, veteran organizations, political action committees, trade associations, advocacy organizations, independent schools, and faith-based organizations. In addition to serving as a leader in the assurance practice, Will is passionate about teaching, training, and engaging with the nonprofit community through speaking events and webinars. He was honored to be named one of CPA Advisor’s Top 40 Under 40 in the Accounting Industry in 2025. Will proudly serves as the Treasurer of the Brian Dawkins Impact Foundation, which concentrates on providing inspiration, education and resources to youth, families, and communities in need. Will received his B.B.A from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
Carolyn Mollen
CPA
Carolyn Mollen, CPA is the Vice President for Finance & Administration and Treasurer at Resources for the Future (RFF). She specializes in not-for-profit accounting and operations issues, with an emphasis on financial reporting, budgeting, and talent management. Prior to joining RFF, Carolyn was the chief financial officer at Independent Sector. She previously served as a manager with CliftonLarsonAllen LLP in their outsourcing department where she gained broad experience with many nonprofit organizations. Carolyn is a member of the FASB Not-for-Profit Advisory Committee. She also is a member of the board of directors at the Greater Washington Society of CPAs, where she chairs the Nonprofit Financial Accountability Task Force and previously served as chair of both the Not-for-Profit Section and the Not-for-Profit Symposium. In addition to her professional memberships, Carolyn serves as president for Travelling Players Ensemble, a nonprofit theater camp. She earned her bachelor of arts at the College of William and Mary, a certificate in accounting from the University of Virginia, and a master of public administration from George Mason University. She is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
