Amy West
CPA, CGMA
Amy West is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AHRC New York City (“AHRC NYC”). AHRC NYC is an organization that provides critical services to people who are neurodiverse. Amy has direct responsibility for AHRC NYC's operating budget of over $350 million and manages a staff of ninety. Prior to joining AHRC NYC, Amy served for eight years as the Director of Finance of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation. She also held the position of Vice President of Finance and Budget at the United States Fund for UNICEF and worked as an auditor for Ernst & Young LLP specializing in the healthcare and not-for-profit industries. Amy began her career as the Coordinator of Fiscal Operations for the New York Public Library. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Hunter College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Amy is the Chair of the AICPA Not-For-Profit Industry Conference.
Max Alexander
Dr. Alexander serves as the Vice President of Cyber and Technology Emerging Threats Research at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he is responsible for educating the firm and its clients on the best practices for mitigating evolving cyber threats and attacks. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, he was the lead of the Digital Forensics and Insider Threat Team at the Pentagon. Max is also a professor of Digital Forensics at the University of Maryland Global Campus where he trains and mentors future forensicators using his two decades of experience as a former counterintelligence special agent where he specialized in National Level Counterintelligence, Human Intelligence, and Signals Intelligence Collection at the National Security Agency and the National Counterintelligence Executive. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the EC Council’s Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator Certification. Max has a Master of Science and Technology Intelligence from the National Intelligence University, and a Master and Doctorate of Engineering in Cybersecurity from The George Washington University. He is also a DoD Certified Cyber Crime Investigator, a Certified Fraud Examiner, and holds several forensic certifications.
Divya Gadre
CPA
Divya Gadre, CPA, is the managing principal of BDO’s Nonprofit Assurance Practice in Greater Washington, DC. She leads a team of over 50 professionals who serve more than 450 tax-exempt entities in various sectors. With over 18 years of experience, she adopts a Servant leadership approach that fosters the development, well-being, and empowerment of employees. She also provides audit and accounting services to some of the largest and most complex nonprofit organizations in the area, including The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, The Humane Society of the United States, and The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. She has expertise in areas such as governmental cost principles, revenue recognition, internal control policies, net assets testing and disclosure, alternative investment testing and disclosure, indirect rate structures, and compliance audits for nonprofits. She is also involved in training, mentoring, and community service activities within the firm. Divya is a graduate of Rutgers University with an M.S. in Financial Accounting and a B.S. in Accounting.
Scott Konrad
Scott Konrad leads global insurance broker HUB International’s North American specialty practice that helps over 21,000 charitable organizations to surmount their most pressing corporate risk management, insurance and human capital challenges and accounts for nearly $2 billion in annual premiums placed into the global marketplace. A 47-year industry veteran whose resume has included leadership roles with global brokers Johnson & Higgins, Marsh, Willis, and with the Episcopal Church’s denominational insurance facility, Scott has devoted the past half of his career to advocating for nonprofit organizations and is deeply engaged throughout the sector. Scott is a graduate of Colgate University, a seven-time honoree as Power Broker® to the Nonprofit sector, three-time honoree as a “Top 100” insurance executive to watch, and a nationally recognized author and speaker on nonprofit risk management themes. He is accredited in Risk Management for Churches & Schools by the University of Cambridge (UK) and brings an ‘insider’ perspective to his work as a servant leader of civic, professional, and religious organizations.
