Melissa Bonsall
CPA
Melissa Bonsall is a Managing Director in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s National Office, Audit & Assurance Services. Ms. Bonsall has more than 25 years of experience, with a focus on the interpretation, implementation, and application of international and US-issued auditing, assurance, and quality management standards in Deloitte’s methodology. Ms. Bonsall served as a technical advisor to an IAASB board member and is a past member of various task forces/working groups assisting the IAASB with standard-setting activities. Ms. Bonsall is a Certified Public Accountant. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. (Member 2024-2025)
Michael Manspeaker
SEK, CPAs & Advisors
Michael P. (Mike) Manspeaker works with SEK, CPAs and Advisors in the Assurance practice and is a member of the AICPA Auditing Standards Board. He is a member of various ASB task forces, including Audit Issues Task Force, Attestation Standards Task Force and the Audit Evidence/Risk Response/Technology Task Force. In addition, Mike is a past member of the AICPA Accounting and Review Services Committee (ARSC) and Technical Issues Committee (TIC). Mike is very involved with the peer review process and is currently the CPA on Staff for Coastal Peer Review (MD and NC). He is a past-chair of the Maryland Association of CPAs and the Maryland Peer Review Committee. Mikes has worked primarily with manufacturing, retirement plan, construction, and financial institution clients. His expertise also include business and strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, employee stock ownership plans, internal controls, and governance structures of business entities.
