Irena Teneva
FCCA, FHEA, MBA, DBA
Irena Teneva is a fellow member of both ACCA and The Higher Education Academy (Advance HE) in the UK. She started her career in the assurance practice of EY, but later moved to corporate learning and development, training and research. Having done an MBA in Educational Leadership in Finland a few years back, Irena recently defended her doctoral dissertation, which focusses on entrepreneurial and experiential learning and was awarded a DBA from the University of Dundee in Scotland. Irena is Associate Director in AICPA-CIMA’s Research & Development team, where she is engaged with exploring the themes of ‘Productivity’ and ‘Future of Finance’.
Nina M. Jörden
Nina’s research focuses on understanding how people work together and manage organisations. She explores how individuals create organisational structures, processes, and practices, and how these shape social interactions and establish institutions that impact people. Recently, as a Research Associate at University of Cambridge, she has focused extensively on the UK productivity puzzle to explore the factors that influence the productivity of individuals and organisations. Her research centres on three core themes: Management Practices, Technology Integration, and Wellbeing.
Marion Devine
For over 30 years, Marion specialized in applied research, spanning a wide range of topics in strategic human resource management. She is the author of over 50 business research reports and 8 business books. Now eight years in her current role as Principal Researcher for Human Capital with The Conference Board Europe, she has the fantastic opportunity to scope out research with member companies, draw on their perspectives to understand issues and challenges and generate research based insights that will help leaders compete in VUCA environment.
Tera Allas
Tera is a leading expert on economic growth, productivity, and public policy, with a distinguished career spanning three decades in business, government, and the social sector. She was awarded a CBE for contributions to economic policy in 2019.
Ian Greaves
Ian has over 25 years’ experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors and has more recently joined the Professional Services sector. He has a strong track record in both financial & change management and control within small, medium and large organisations. Ian is currently Finance & IT Director at FBC Manby Bowdler and is CIMA member since 1998.
Marc Kermisch
Marc Kermisch is the Chief Technology Officer at Emergent Software, an award-winning software development company. Formerly, he served as the Global Chief Digital and Information Officer at CNH Industrial, a leading global manufacturer of agricultural, construction, and financial services vehicles and equipment. Marc has 25+ years of experience in technology and business leadership, his experience spans Agriculture, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Financial Services, Start-ups and Professional Services. Marc leverages his time as a CIO, CTO and CDO in helping shape solutions for Emergent Software's clients. Helping create transformative strategies to drive business value while containing costs of IT. His background in modernizing applications, shifting to cloud compute, maturing cybersecurity, developing digital products, and driving revenue growth helps him advise c-suite leaders on how to align their corporate and technology strategies.
Caroline Olser
MBA FCIPD
Caroline is the founder of Exec Potential, where she partners with CEOs, founders, and senior leaders as a non-executive director, executive coach, and consultant. A former Chief People Officer in the aviation industry, Caroline has led businesses through complex start-up, scale-up, and post-crisis transformations; delivering sustainable cost savings, productivity gains, and resilient organisational cultures. Her background includes advising Boards and executive teams in high-stakes, highly regulated environments. Today, she works with leadership teams across sectors to unlock strategic clarity, build scalable people strategies, and enable long-term business performance through leadership and culture. Caroline regularly supports organisations seeking to align people and productivity with growth, and coaches leaders navigating change or preparing for the next phase of their own or their organisation’s development.
