AI is no longer just a tool. AI is reshaping how data, access, and cybersecurity interact across the enterprise.

As organizations rapidly adopt AI assistants, connected workflows, and agentic tools, the control environment is getting harder to understand in real time.

Systems are becoming more powerful, more connected, and more user-driven, creating new opportunities for productivity but also new risks involving data exposure, access abuse, prompt injection, segregation of duties, and weak policy-based controls.

This fireside chat will help participants think more clearly about:

  • What is changing
  • What risks are emerging
  • Where traditional control assumptions may no longer hold

Key Topics

  • AI governance and control design
  • Data access and confidentiality in connected AI environments
  • Agentic AI security
  • Prompt injection and control circumvention
  • Segregation of duties in AI-enabled workflows

Learning Outcomes

  • Identify how AI adoption changes enterprise data access, confidentiality, and cybersecurity risk.
  • Distinguish between policy-based AI safeguards and hard-coded access control mechanisms.
  • Recognize how agentic AI and connected enterprise tools can create new control and segregation-of-duties challenges.
  • Distinguish practical governance considerations for deploying AI in finance, audit, and compliance environments.
  • Recognize emerging attack vectors such as prompt injection and unintended agent behavior.

Who Will Benefit

Process transformation leaders; governance, risk & compliance professionals; and technology leaders who want to better understand how AI is affecting data governance, cybersecurity exposure, and enterprise control environments
