Wassia Kamon
CPA, CMA, MBA
Wassia Kamon, CPA, CMA, MBA, is the CFO of Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs, a Georgia leading Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), and has spent the past 15 years working across the manufacturing, technology, pharmaceutical, and nonprofit sectors in various accounting and FP&A leadership roles. Recognized twice as a 40 Under 40 Honoree by CPA Practice Advisor, Wassia is also a Keynote Speaker and a Guest Faculty of the Wharton Online FP&A Certificate program. Her insights on leadership and strategic influence have been featured in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Accounting Today, and Strategic Finance Magazine. Wassia actively contributes to the accounting profession as a member of the AICPA Women’s Initiatives Executive Committee and the Future of Finance Leadership Advisory Group. She also serves as a board member and treasurer for HOPE, Inc., a nonprofit organization supporting low-income single parents in pursuing higher education. She recently launched a podcast titled _The Diary of a CFO_, a podcast where finance leaders share the lessons, challenges, and wins that shaped their careers, as well as their organizations.
Michael Burns
CPA, CGMA, CISA
Mike is the Head of U.S. Controlling / FP&A for Covestro, a world-leading supplier of high-tech polymer materials. Throughout his career, he is known for driving innovation, process improvement, talent development, and creating bottom-line impact. After starting his career at Deloitte, Mike has worked in corporate audit and various FP&A roles both in Pittsburgh, PA and abroad in Leverkusen, Germany. He has served on the AICPA Corporate Finance planning committee for several years. He is a CPA, CGMA, and CISA with a bachelor's degree in accounting from Robert Morris University.
Rob Teis
Rob has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance in several industries. Rob has recently taken on the role of Director of Finance for the Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Tribe. Previously Rob has held various positions within the finance and internal audit departments of Walmart and Kellogg. Rob is a 1994 graduate of Cornerstone University and received his MBA from Central Michigan University. Rob is a Certified Public Accountant with the State of Michigan. He resides in Grand Rapids, Michigan with his wife Amanda and four children Robert, Abigail, Kendrick and Emmaline. Our family is passionate about raising funds and awareness to battle pediatric cancer.
Kristine Lemanski
Kristine Lemanski manages accounting, finance, reporting, marketing, HR and operations for RESIGHT. She also participates on RESIGHT’s deal teams, providing input and analysis throughout the project. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Colorado, and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. She has been with the company since 2012, and has over 26 years of experience in accounting, consulting, and auditing private, governmental and not-for-profit entities. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mesa State College (now Colorado Mesa University), where she graduated Cum Laude.
