Justin Kuczmarski, CPA/ABV/CFF/CEIV is the President of NAV Valuation & Advisory LLC. He is a dual M&A investment banker and valuation expert and has advised on over 150 transactions in his 24-year career. He specializes in technology and healthcare M&A banking and financial valuations for private equity and venture capital funds. He is a frequent technology earnings and M&A commentator for Fox Business News, Yahoo! Finance, TD Ameritrade Network, i-24, and several global networks. He is the sole author of the 300-page guidebook entitled The Executive's Guide to Business Valuation (bio updated 4/2023).
Antonella Puca
Antonella Puca, CPA/ABV, CFA is a Partner at BlueVal in New York. Ms. Puca specializes in the valuation of private equity and venture-backed companies for financial and tax reporting, M&A transactions, buy-sell agreements, estate planning, and litigation purposes. Ms. Puca has served on the Business Valuation Committee of the AIPCA, as a member of AIMA’s research committee, as a director and treasurer of the Board of the CFA Society of New York, and as a Director at CFA Institute. Ms. Puca is the author of Early Stage Valuation (Wiley: 2020) and a frequent presenter and author on valuation and alternative investment topics. Brett Hickey
Brett Hickey has been structuring, analyzing, and managing private equity, mezzanine and U.S. Government sponsored investment funds for over a decade. Prior to launching Star Mountain Capital, Mr. Hickey was the Co-Founder and President of a multi-manager platform including 4 U.S. state sponsored small business investment funds. Mr. Hickey has extensive experience performing due diligence on, selecting and building small business fund managers and has helped structure over a dozen larger funds representing a few billion dollars in assets.
