Product Details

Strategic alignment is widely regarded by senior leaders as essential to performance. Yet in most organisations, it remains stubbornly out of reach.

Drawing on his latest Harvard Business Review research, Professor Jonathan Trevor reveals a critical insight: whilst alignment is almost universally prioritised, actual levels of alignment are consistently low, creating a significant and often unrecognised drag on performance.

In this webinar, Professor Trevor will:

  • Challenge prevailing assumptions about alignment
  • Expose where leadership teams go wrong
  • Explain why even well-crafted strategies fail to translate into coordinated action

He will also outline a practical approach to diagnosing and addressing misalignment at the top of organisations.

This will be a highly interactive session, with opportunities for participants to reflect on their own organisations, engage in discussion, and put questions directly to Professor Trevor.

Senior leaders are encouraged to bring their perspectives and challenges to what promises to be a candid and thought-provoking conversation.
