In collaboration with staff at the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants®, the Government Performance and Accountability Committee, which comprises 12 volunteer members:
Advises government officials, regulators, and stakeholders, advocating for issues that matter to the accounting and finance profession
Enhances the value and image of CPAs in government
Advises the AICPA on government CPAs’ needs
Bridges communication between government CPAs, the AICPA, and other organizations
Offers best practices and resources to AICPA and CIMA members
