How to evaluate a new not-for-profit program

During times of disruption and funding volatility, not-for-profit organizations should automatically accept any funding associated with a new program, right? Not necessarily. Even during tumultuous periods, careful evaluation is warranted because, sometimes, saying “no thank you” might be best.
