The State Regulatory and Legislative Affairs Team supports and advocates for state-level policymaking that promotes the profession while protecting the public interest in the United States. The team monitors regulatory and legislative activities and trends, facilitates discussions and information sharing with the state societies and state licensing boards, engages key legislative stakeholders in states, and serves as a state research clearinghouse and resource provider.
